LED Video Wall Price in India (2026): Cost per Sq Ft by Size & Pixel Pitch
An LED video wall in India costs roughly ₹7,000 to ₹18,000 per square foot (supply + installation) in 2026. Fine-pitch indoor P2–P2.5 walls run ₹9,000–18,000/sq ft, P3–P4 walls ₹7,000–12,000/sq ft, and outdoor P4–P6 walls ₹9,000–16,000/sq ft. Final price depends on pixel pitch, size and structure.
How LED video wall pricing works
An LED video wall is priced by area, not by the screen "inch" like a TV. The single biggest cost driver is the pixel pitch — the distance in millimetres between two LED pixels. A smaller pitch (say P1.5) packs far more LEDs into every square foot, so it costs more than a coarse P6 or P8 panel.
The simple formula installers use is: cost ≈ area in sq ft × rate per sq ft. So a 10 ft × 6 ft (60 sq ft) indoor P2.5 wall at ₹12,000/sq ft works out to roughly ₹7.2 lakh for the panels and standard installation.
On top of the per-sq-ft panel rate you should budget for the structure/framing, sending & receiving cards, video processor, power and data cabling, and installation labour. For most fixed indoor installs these are bundled into the quoted rate; for large or outdoor projects the steel structure and civil work are quoted separately.
LED video wall price per sq ft (2026)
The table below shows indicative supply-plus-install rates in Delhi NCR and Haryana for 2026. Rates fall as pixel pitch gets coarser, and outdoor panels cost more than indoor ones at the same pitch because of higher brightness (up to 10,000 nits) and IP65 weatherproofing.
| Type | Pixel pitch | Best for | Price / sq ft |
|---|---|---|---|
| Indoor fine-pitch | P1.2–P1.8 | Boardrooms, studios, control rooms | ₹14,000–18,000 |
| Indoor standard | P2–P2.5 | Lobbies, retail, wedding stages | ₹9,000–14,000 |
| Indoor / semi-outdoor | P3–P4 | Showrooms, event stages | ₹7,000–12,000 |
| Outdoor | P4–P6 | Storefronts, DOOH, building facades | ₹9,000–16,000 |
| Outdoor hoarding | P8–P10 | Highway hoardings, large billboards | ₹6,000–11,000 |
Sample project costs by size
To make the per-sq-ft rate concrete, here are typical finished-wall budgets. These assume standard indoor installation on a flat wall; add structure and civil cost for outdoor or hanging installs.
| Wall size | Area | Pixel pitch | Approx. cost |
|---|---|---|---|
| 8 ft × 5 ft | 40 sq ft | P2.5 indoor | ₹4.0–5.6 lakh |
| 10 ft × 6 ft | 60 sq ft | P2.5 indoor | ₹6.0–8.4 lakh |
| 12 ft × 8 ft | 96 sq ft | P3 indoor | ₹7.7–11.5 lakh |
| 16 ft × 9 ft | 144 sq ft | P4 outdoor | ₹13.0–23.0 lakh |
| 20 ft × 10 ft | 200 sq ft | P6 outdoor | ₹20.0–32.0 lakh |
What changes the final price
Two walls of the same size can differ by lakhs. The factors that move your quote up or down are:
- Pixel pitch — the single largest driver; finer pitch = more LEDs = higher cost.
- Indoor vs outdoor — outdoor adds high brightness, IP65 sealing and a steel structure.
- Structure & civil work — wall-mount is cheap; hanging trusses, pole-mounted hoardings and facade frames add cost.
- Video processor / controller — 4K scalers and seamless-switching processors cost more than a basic sending card.
- Brand & bin quality — Nationstar/Kinglight lamps and premium driver ICs cost more but last longer and colour-match better.
- Redundancy & service — dual power/data redundancy and a longer warranty (we offer 5 years) affect the rate.
Buy or rent — which makes sense?
If you need the wall for a one-off wedding, exhibition or product launch, renting is far cheaper — indoor rental LED runs about ₹90–150 per sq ft per day and a typical event wall with crew is ₹25,000–75,000/day. Buying only pays off when you will use the wall repeatedly (retail, house of worship, control room, permanent DOOH).
A rough rule of thumb: if you will run the screen for more than ~40–60 event-days over its life, buying usually wins. See our dedicated Buy vs Rent guide for the full break-even maths.

Frequently asked questions
How much does an LED video wall cost per square foot in India?
In 2026, expect ₹7,000–18,000 per square foot for supply plus installation. Indoor P2–P2.5 walls sit at ₹9,000–18,000/sq ft, P3–P4 at ₹7,000–12,000/sq ft, and outdoor P4–P6 at ₹9,000–16,000/sq ft. The exact rate depends on pixel pitch and structure.
What is the price of a 10x6 ft LED video wall?
A 10 ft × 6 ft (60 sq ft) indoor P2.5 video wall costs roughly ₹6.0–8.4 lakh including standard installation. A coarser P3–P4 panel of the same size is cheaper, while a fine-pitch P1.8 wall costs more. Prices are indicative before a site survey.
Why is a video wall priced per square foot and not by size like a TV?
LED video walls are built from modular cabinets tiled together to any size, so cost scales with total area. The formula is cost ≈ area in sq ft × rate per sq ft, where the rate is set mainly by pixel pitch. This lets you build a wall of almost any shape or resolution.
Is an outdoor LED wall more expensive than an indoor one?
Yes. At the same pixel pitch, outdoor panels cost more because they need up to 10,000 nits brightness, IP65 weatherproofing and a stronger steel structure. Outdoor P4–P6 walls run ₹9,000–16,000/sq ft versus ₹7,000–12,000 for comparable indoor panels.
Does the price include installation and a video processor?
Our indicative per-sq-ft rates include standard installation, cabling and a basic controller. Large 4K video processors, custom steel structures, civil work and premium redundancy are quoted separately after a free site survey.
